Gift Certificate for the “Orca Sculpture” Ceramics Workshop

An Orca Made by You

In this workshop, you’ll create a ceramic orca sculpture and learn several sculptural techniques. Our instructors will guide you through every stage, so no previous experience is needed.

First session — sculpting, 4 hours. You’ll learn to work with clay slabs and coils, shape your orca, join its parts and add its distinctive features. Afterwards, the sculpture will stay at the studio to dry and receive its first firing.

Second session — glazing, 2 hours. This takes place at least one week later, once your piece is ready to decorate. You’ll learn about ceramic glazes, choose colours for your orca and prepare it for its second firing.

The result is your own ceramic orca: a sculpture you’ve created by hand, from its first form to the final details.

The gift certificate is valid for 12 months.
